Today I want to teach you The Italian Breakfast – a breakfast of anti-oxidants, vitamin C & organic anti-inflammatories as explained to me by my guys at @nuvo_olive_oil : Chop up your favorite citrus then chop any kind of mint – try huacatay – a black Peruvian mint. Then drizzle olive oil and sea salt to your taste, toss with a fork and enjoy.
