Today I want to teach you The Italian Breakfast – the true breakfast of champions as explained to me by my guys at @nuvo_olive_oil : You will chop up your favorite citrus then chop any kind of mint – my favorite is huacatay – a black Peruvian mint. Then drizzle olive oil and sea salt to your taste, toss with a fork and enjoy.
